1. Who we are
Longhold is a leasehold information service, operated by Richard Prescott. You can contact us at hello@longhold990.co.uk.
2. The tools
The estimator and notice generators run entirely in your web browser. The details you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.
3. What we collect
If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us so that we can reply.
When you buy a report or notice, we collect your name, email address and payment details through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
4. Why, and how long
We use your details only to reply to you, to provide what you bought, and to meet our legal and accounting duties. We keep payment records for six years and enquiries for no longer than needed.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with Stripe, to take payment, and with our web host, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. We do not sell your details.
If you ask us to put you in touch with a local solicitor, we will pass your details to them with your consent.
6. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at hello@longhold990.co.uk, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
